Chef Heather’s unique culinary and nutrition training gives her the education to meet the specific needs of many clients. We work with busy families looking to maintain a healthy diet, those with alternative diets, and clients hoping to use food as part of a wellness program to address many forms of dis-ease. We consult with every client to assure we understand all dietary goals and avoidances. Our goal is to maximize nutrition while making healthful food taste vital and nourishing.
