Personal Chef Services

Many clients feel overwhelmed with the idea of making a change in their diet, menu planning, shopping and cooking on a nightly basis.

We will sit down and go through all of your eating goals, your food preferences and any ingredients that you are avoiding. Then, I will created customized menu plans for you, shop for all the food and come to you home.  In your kitchen, I will create all of the meals and leave you with reheating instructions.  You may not even know I was there, but your refrigerator will be packed with healthy food that is quickly ready for easy meals.

I will try to source local foods as often as possible.  All animal proteins will be of the highest quality and organic fruits and vegetables will be used when available.

4 meals/4 servings with side

- $200 plus the cost of groceries (usually around $100-$125)

5 meals/4 servings with side

- $250 plus the cost of groceries (usually around $125-$150)

Budget single services

3 meals/ 2 servings with side

- $150 plus the cost of groceries (usually around $75)
